You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Final-sale, personalised or made-to-order items aren’t eligible unless faulty.

We offer free Exhanges & Returns for customers in the UK.
For the rest of world, return costs (if any) are shown in the portal before you confirm. There are charged at a competitive and usually subsidised rate to offer you the best experience, but if you prefer you can always use your own shipping carrier to ship products back to us.
Returns must meet the following guidelines to receive a refund.
Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with all tags still attached and original packaging. All goods are inspected on return.
Please be careful when trying products on, for example, ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as this may leave marks on the product and we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.
Please fold items neatly in the correct bags before returning with all accessories and tags.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged in any way.
We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service. Keep proof of postage/tracking until your refund is confirmed. We are not responsible for any returns that get lost in the post.
All items must be received and inspected by us before a refund or replacement is issued.
If returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'Returned Goods', to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside our website, if you require a refund from one of our stockists, you will need to return it to the store you purchased it from.
Once approved, we can issue you a refund to your intitial method of payment or as store credit.
Once the items are delivered to us, they will be inspected within 7 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email as soon as we have inspected and approved your refund or exchange.
We will then process the shipping of an exchange or issue you a refund within 2 business days of your exchange or refund being approved. It may take a couple of days for the refund to show on your bank statement.
Yes. If the order was a gift, we can issue store credit to you once the return is received. Start the request in the portal and select “Gift return”.

We know that sometimes we feel an item would just fit us better in a different size or we prefer to have another piece, so we’re happy to help. Just click the return my order button below within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll take you through the exchange process.

If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.
Most exchanges are dispatched within 1–3 working days after your original item is scanned/received. You’ll receive a new tracking email.

Faulty / Incorrect Items
If you were sent an incorrect item, click the link below to make a return and we will send out the correct item to you once we receive the incorrect item back.
Although this is honestly a very rare occurrence, we're very sorry about this and will sort this out as soon as possible.
